The project does not end once the contractor has taken possession of the building. We warranty all our installation and service all our projects in house when a warranty claim is presented. With our project management software we are able to go back into the history of the project to investigate and report on almost any item that might pop up during the warranty period and if the owner requires service during or after the warranty period we have all the information readily available to give them exactly what was there originally without trying to get a best match because the documentation was lost or not kept properly.
We believe that the end user whenever possible should continue to work with the subcontractors which built the building to keep within warranty and also to keep a uniform approach to servicing a project throughout the years.
